Someone may be telling you what to do, what to wear, and who to be. You need to learn to practice assertiveness this year, and it could be necessary to learn to protect or defend yourself. In very difficult situations, you need to decide whether you will fight or retreat. Some situations can be ignored, or controlled; others require a more definitive response.
