That could be because of your tendency to criticize others when they are doing their best. You do not mean to be critical, but you are almost fanatically concerned about details that you forget to encourage people for their work. Therefore, they loose interest and turn to something else.
Many people are careless about details and rush through life. When people skip the finer details in life they miss out on so much. They do not experience the depth of things and the satisfaction from having a job well done. But Virgo, you have been given this fine gift of an eye for details.
Now you just need to use it in a positive way, because even though your intentions are meant well, and you may be correct in your criticism, people will get discouraged if all you do is to criticize what they do. If they have been helping you with your project, they may decide to stop helping you and you will be left all alone.
However, if you choose to become aware that it is your special mission to give service to others through teaching your craft, then you have to stop being so critical and be more considerate of other people’s feelings and learn to praise and inspire them to do better without any criticism. Then people will listen to you and realize you give them good, solid advice. They will respect you as a teacher and will be more than willing to help you with whatever project you are working on and be happy to learn more about the details that are so important.
